I am Laura, born in Colombia and currently living in Vancouver Canada. I discovered Yoga in 2010 and I pretty much loved it right away.
During my last year of University I continued attending different classes and exploring various Yoga styles and when I graduated from Uni, I was convinced that sometime in the future I was going to go India, immerse myself in the culture and learn more about this magical practice that was improving my mental and physical body.
In 2015, I quit my office job and went to Italy where I completed my first Teacher training in Hatha Yoga, the experience was amazing and I was ready to share this passion with the world, I taught for 2 years in London UK (Where I Lived for 11 years) I attended numerous workshops with international Yoga teachers.
In 2017, I finally got to travel to India for another Teacher Training in Vinyasa Yoga, a dream come true, I loved every single minute of my trip; after this awesome experience I said good bye to London and moved to Vancouver, Canada.
A new place to explore and continue practicing Yoga.
What can you expect when you join my classes?
My goal is to keep you inspired and provide you with the tools to maintain a regular practice.
I like to bring my personality to the classes, I will encourage you to try different postures and invite you to leave the ego outside of your Yoga mat.
We can have fun moving and let the magic of Yoga unfold.
